Build your career through this hands-on opportunity to gain skills and experience in entry-level food service. You’ll prepare for work in restaurants, cafes and cafeterias, wherever food is served.

You’ll learn and work in a small restaurant. Every day you’ll be engaged in real-life restaurant operations. You’ll learn under the supervision of a food safety manager, within the guidelines of the Department of Health.

We offer ability assessments and personalized training to meet your needs. With our small student-to-staff ratio, there’s ample support for your growth.

Skills you’ll develop include:

  • Sanitation and cleaning
